Burgaw Antiqueplace was founded in 1985 by John Westbrook and his wonderful wife Carol. Since that time it has become a staple within the local community. Today the Burgaw Antiquplace offers a multitude of vendors and artists. Our newly renovated upstairs now offers local artist and design shops filled with hand crafted & designs from local artists.
From books, fine jewelry and furniture to glassware, china and collectibles, our 15,000 square foot facility is the largest antique mall in south eastern North Carolina. We also make handmade fudge on premise with a variety of flavors.
The down-home charm of our small town offers a setting that will put you at ease and enable you to relax and get away from big city life.? Conveniently located off of I-40, Burgaw Antiqueplace is a stop you don’t want to miss on your next trip to the Carolina’s.
Did you know that the Burgaw Antique place is located in the heart of downtown where some of the most iconic movies and shows were produced such as “I know what you did last summer” along with Idlewild and others.
When you visit the Burgaw Antiqueplace you may notice that the front of our building has “WoolWorth’s” on the windows and inside you will also see the counters where patrons once sat to enjoy their breakfast or lunch. However this is not a real location for a WoolWorth’s, but instead a prop settings from movies past
